Ingredients: - 3-4 lb beef brisket - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 onion, sliced - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 cup BBQ sauce - ½ cup beef broth - ¼ cup brown sugar - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon salt - ½ teaspoon black pepper Instructions: 1.
